Millions of Muscles Bootcamp Trainers in MA
Jodi Reath
As an ACE certified fitness and creator of Millions of Muscles, I have focused the last 7 years to living a healthy lifestyle and teaching that to others. Along with being a personal trainer and group instructor, I recently worked as a Fitness Director of a growing downtown Boston gym where I managed the personal training department.
Growing up in a household that didn’t hold back from treats and sweets, I never learned about the importance of food and exercise. It wasn’t until I had my children, Jaden and Quincy, then to lose my father to heart disease, did I realize that I had a responsibility as a M.O.M to be the happiest and healthiest that I could be.
I am very passionate about getting the word out to other families and individuals about the positive effects of healthy eating and moving your bodies.
Being a part of my team will give you the opportunity to personally work with me to develop a plan for your life. I promise to be a dedicated and available coach for your fitness needs. I am proud to say that Millions of Muscles is growing to include more bootcamp trainers in MA, which enhances the dynamic of our MoM family.
Stay fit and healthy!

When I graduated high school at 17, I was 90 pounds heavier than what’s considered a healthy weight for my 5’4” frame. I told my doctor I couldn’t lose the weight and needed surgery. She told me to give it three months of solid effort, clean healthy eating and exercise. I was determined to prove her wrong (stubbornness can be positive sometimes, though not in ways we expect). I joined a gym and visited with a nutritionist and personal trainer (thanks to the encouragement and support of my wonderful family) and also educated myself about proper nutrition and healthy eating habits. I lost about 10 pounds in those three months and I was never so happy to be wrong. At school in the fall, I fell in love with exercise thanks to the amazing cardio kickboxing, strength training, and other student-taught classes Boston University provided its students. I made healthy food choices in the dining hall and religiously exercised and the weight started to fall off. By the time I graduated, I’d reached a healthy weight and finally felt happy about who I was and the way I looked.
Ten years later, I’ve kept the weight off. I haven’t quite reached all my goals yet, but I enjoy the feeling of always working towards being a stronger, healthier, and happier person. I’ve learned along the way that there’s no magic formula or secret to weight loss; if you want to lose weight, take in less calories and move. I know it’s easier said than done, but it’s the simple truth. Eating healthy foods in moderation and exercising – especially doing what you love, like bootcamp workouts or Zumba – will get you the results you want. I’m happy to be part of an organization that not only promotes the exercise part, providing fun and challenging workouts that change every day, but also provides nutritional guidance and an incredible support system to its clients. As an ACE certified group fitness instructor, I promise to provide the same fun, challenging, and ever-changing workouts MoM is famous for.
Favorite exercise: Jump lunges and push-ups. Seriously.
Best motivation: The way you feel after a workout. You might look like a sweaty mess but inside you feel like Rocky.
Favorite words of wisdom: Give it 30 days.

For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for sports and physical fitness. From pick up games with friends to participating in organized sports, exercising has helped me in many areas of my life. I have benefited from physical fitness so much that I wanted to share my knowledge and experience to help people attain their personal fitness goals.
I have always wanted to help people in some form or another but I just wasn’t sure how. What I did know is how I was benefiting from exercising in multiple areas of my life. Exercising has helped me with energy, control stress and gives me a feeling of well being. For that one hour of the day that I exercise, I’m free from the pressures of life. Those are just some of the benefits I want you to experience as well!
So I decided to get the training and education that I needed to become a personal trainer. I attended American Academy of Personal Training in Boston where I completed a 300 hour class room and a hands-on certificate program. I’m always continuing to learn new training styles and methods so that I can provide a proven and professional service. I am excited to join this team and look forward to seeing you at MoM!
Favorite exercise: Battles Ropes and Prowler sled
Motivation: wife, daughter and trying to be the best person I can be.
Favorite words of wisdom: If you live in the past, you have no future. Forget what you did yesterday and achieve your goal for today! You shouldn’t be AFRAID of your DREAMS!!!!!!!!!!!
