Revere bootcamp on the beach

Bootcamp: Bootcamp style drills, body weight exercises, agility training, intense cardio, and weight lifting all under the careful instructions of ACE certified trainers. Bootcamps include a warm up run, stretching and cool down. All levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged. Revere bootcamp is held on the beach May-September and inside the rest of the year.

Nutritional guidance: Talk with our trainers during one on one meetings about the food you eat. Go over your food log. You will also receive a MoM shopping list with suggested food items to jump start healthy food choices.The Official Revere Beach Bootcamp

Access to The “Tribe”: An exclusive Facebook group where you can interact with fellow campers about workouts, nutrition and contests.The_Tribe

Goal setting meetings: Trainers will give advice about your workouts, the food you eat, and where you want to be in 3 months, 6 months and one year. Before and after pictures  and measurements are strongly encouraged to see the progress you make towards your goals.
